Shipping Policy

Shipping-

Most merchandise is processed and ready to be shipped within 3-5 Business Days after the day you order.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for delivery.

Total delivery time with processing and shipping approximately 10 to 15 business days. (business days refer to Monday thru Friday only, it does not include Saturday or Sunday)

Some items ship direct from factory and may take additional time for delivery.

Combined Shipping is available and done automatically as items are added to cart.

Shipping, Returns & Replacement Policy (Large Furniture)

Please review carefully before purchasing large furniture items.


Damage in Transit

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Note all visible damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • Take clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Damage not noted at the time of delivery may limit replacement eligibility.

Once documentation is received, we will coordinate a replacement in accordance with supplier and freight carrier guidelines.


Manufacturer Defects

If an item has a manufacturer defect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will coordinate repair or replacement per supplier policy.


Returns (Non-Damaged Items)

Due to the size and freight nature of furniture:

  • Returns for non-defective items are not guaranteed and may require supplier approval.

  • Customer is responsible for return freight charges.

  • Restocking fees may apply.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
