All items may be returned within 30 days of receiving.
20% Restocking fee
Buyer pays return shipping
In order to be returned it has to be returned in the original packaging and not have been used.
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order there will be a 20% restocking fee due to increased costs from suppliers / factories.
Returns & Replacement Policy (Large Furniture)
Damage in Transit
If your item arrives damaged:
- Note all visible damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Take clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Damage not noted at the time of delivery may limit replacement eligibility.
Once documentation is received, we will coordinate a replacement in accordance with supplier and freight carrier guidelines.
Manufacturer Defects
If an item has a manufacturer defect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos and a description of the issue.
- We will coordinate repair or replacement per supplier policy.
Returns (Non-Damaged Items)
Due to the size and freight nature of furniture:
Returns for non-defective items are not guaranteed and may require supplier approval.
- Customer is responsible for return freight charges.
- Restocking fees may apply.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
